RoosterVolt Terms and Conditions – Rules for Philippine Players

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the RoosterVolt platform at roostervolt.vu, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy.

• Allowing, facilitating, or encouraging any third party to access or use your account

8 Account Suspension and Closure

RoosterVolt reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where:

• Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected
• A player requests self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming policy

Upon closure of an account, any verified balance remaining after deducting applicable outstanding amounts will be returned to the player's verified payment method. Bonuses and promotional credits that have not met their applicable conditions will be forfeited.
